I received my bag today, it has great taste, better than most but, if you compare the amount of servings youll be disappointed only 76 vs 149 from Gold-Optimum,5 pounds both, and it is about the same price, so if your looking for exellent taste and high cholesterol and low amount of servings , get this, but if you want good taste, low cholesterol, and bang for your buck , get something else.

Product was recommended to me by my OB because I'm a pregnant vegetarian. He suggested it as a way to ensure I was getting enough protein. I get sick of drinking one every morning, but I definately prefer this flavor and brand to the Rocky Road flavor I purchased through a sale on another brnd. Blends much better and you don't get many if any of the clumps.
GREAT taste and GREAT performance

I was sceptic about this protein powder about it tasting any different or better then other brands, but to my surprise this powder makes a great shake! Its as if I'm having a chocolate milk shake! I recommend it to anyone who is fed of gulping down nasty shakes!
EAS is EAS. It's all about price

EAS has a good reputation as a quality protein supplement. For me it boiled down to finding the best price for the quantity purchased and I found the best price by going through Amazon.
Second best protein powder I've tried; First in Value

The price of this can't be beat. I recently found ONE better tasting protein powder that also had 1.5 less carbs per serving. Unfortunately, for 11 servings, it was over $20, so I won't be purchasing that again. EAS Whey protein powder is excellent and a much better value. I paid thirty-nine for a five pound jar and it mixes very easily with water or milk. I usually use a scoop with about 4-6 oz. of non-fat plain yogurt and mix it up into a chocolate "pudding" adding either a shot of splenda syrup or half a stevia packet.
Can't be beat for 23 grams of protein, 3 carbs and only 120 calories (not counting the yogurt I just mentioned). |
