| I was introduced to this protein powder several years ago while doing the Fat Flush plan. This is the tastiest and healthiest protein powder that I've tried. I like the fact that it's sweetened with stevia and that it doesn't have any soy in it since I have hypothyroidism. We've tried several other protein powders which we've purchased locally but we just haven't found anything that tastes decent so I plan to go back to this one. |
Good for smoothies but doesn't mix well on it's own.

| This isn't the best tasting whey protein I have had. Of course, the better tasting ones use synthetic sweeteners. I think this one does great for smoothies but if you just want to mix it with water or juice it doesn't do so well. I am going to keep looking for a naturally sweetened whey protein that tastes great. |
